Just win! Hard to believe UGA beat Bama by 20+ just a week ago... then Bama hammers us... Good rebound win for us..

I disagree on Haase and the 3 point shooting - he is easily the best out of the bigs from outside and he needs to keep on shooting. He had a bad shooting game but he has a good stroke and that is a good option.

Gravett needs to shoot more also. He has a good 3 point stroke and is good spotting up off the dribble.

I'm just gonna be honest sorry for ripping a kid but do y'all think Khadim Gueye will leave after this year he just doesn't seem to have the reflexes enough to succeed he might be big time in D2 or lower tier D1 programs but he just doesn't seem to be playing well here.

Yeah, I'm good with Haase shooting 3s as long as he's confident with the shot. Lately, he seems to be hesitating a bit and I think that's contributed to some poor shooting in recent games.

Gravett looks like a different player coming off the bench. He's played really well the last couple of games in the reserve role. I think he's better than Myers, but maybe he's better as top reserve than starter.

It's possible, but I think he came here knowing he would be a longer term project. It took LChat 2 years to be a productive player for us, so maybe Khadim will be able to develop more this offseason.

Gotta disagree with y'all about letting Haase jack up 3s.

Here are his stats from the last 3 games:
Team Total FGM-FGA 3ptrs FGM-FGA
Vanderbilt: 1-8 1-6
Alabama: 0-4 0-2
Georgia: 1-8 0-6

I would personally have my bigs closer to the rim for higher percentage shots and in better position to rebound misses.

Cherry picking the last 3 games where he's been in a slump doesn't prove anything. You can take other 3 game samples and show he was at 50% or better for those games and skew the opinion the other way.

If he's open and confident, he should take the shot. That just adds more to the offense and can help open up things for others.

X2. He needs to adjust to the quickness and athleticism of league games - he needs to find a little more room or adjust his shot to get it off clean. Also, when he shoots, we usually have either Kotsar or Silva to get the rebound when he misses - he is always more of a Power Forward when he is out there, not a Center.

Haase can put it on the floor also - maybe he can do that some and force the defender to play off a little. But he needs to be able to shoot from three because that is score because that is not Kotsar's strength. Or Silva's.

Haase has great offensive skills for a young big guy. If that isn't obvious to you, I don't know. With Frank, he's going to be good.

A few times a game I agree with, but 5 or 6 three point attempts when you're in a funk is a bit much. He also jacked up a couple when we needed to eat some clock. He just needs more experience/ awareness and he'll be a very good player for us.

We need both Haase and Kotsar to make more of their shots. Both have been inaccurate and its hurting the team. We'd be better off if they didn't shoot than if they keep missing.

Simple, but true. Now we Hinson on the floor a lot and Booker coming off the bench getting equal amount of minutes, let's see if the big guys can start helping them get good looks from beyond the arc and dish the ball off to Hinson for a drive to the rim.

Booker and Hinson are the hot guards right now, let's give them more chances to produce. It could lead to a run when we really need one.
